THE IDEA

Corte Blu is an Italian agricultural company that focuses its business on inclusivity.  

Technological innovation, preservation of agricultural heritage, and social utility may seem disparate, but they can still collaborate and draw upon their unique experiences for a common goal.

This project involves individuals on the autism spectrum who are guided by expert and qualified personnel through the different stages of the hiring process, with the goal of securing employment within the company.

THE CONCEPT

1. The “CORTE” house is a highly characteristic housing typology found in Italy that has become a symbol of the Lombardy region.

2. The color blue is commonly associated with trust, stability, and competence. In 2007, the United Nations designated blue as the official color of autism, symbolizing a condition in which sensory perception is different and can lead to a uniquely creative mind.

3. The square not only recalls the “corte” concept but also holds significant psychological meaning. Its perfect geometric balance creates a strong impact on humans, transmitting a sense of solidity, stability, and protection.

COLOR SCHEME

This Italian brand originates from the stunning region of Sicily, while the Corte Blu project is based in Lombardy, near Milan. The color choice was inspired by the fusion of colors and identities from these two beautiful regions of Italy.
